TFabs Term of the Week today is: DART.

DART – A type of fold sewn into a garment to help shape a flat piece of fabric to the contours of the body without tension or puckering.

Women’s clothes very commonly use darts at the bust and waist. There are three types of dart – single pointed, double pointed and shaped.
