Charges and Options

The majority of orders will be fulfilled the same day, from our extensive stock. We endeavour to post all orders placed before 2.30pm, the same day. However, if a fabric is unavailable, or needs to ordered in especially, we will contact you with an estimated delivery timescale.

 

Please note that swatch orders within Europe are posted free of charge. Outside Europe the cost is £3.99 per order.

UK Postal Options*

Orders up to £9.99            £2.50 per order; Delivery within the UK will be made using Royal Mail First Class post with proof of postage.

Orders £10.00 and over         £5.99 per order. Delivery within the UK will be made using Royal Mail First Class post with proof of postage.

 

At a flat rate of £8.99 per order, delivery within the UK will be made using Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This guarantees tracked delivery by 1pm the following working day, compensation of up to £500, and requires a signature. Please note that this service only guarantees next working day delivery from the day the order has been dispatched - not from the order date. If products are in stock we endeavour to post all orders placed before 2.30pm.

 

UK delivery includes the Chanel Islands and the Isle of Man, and aims to arrive the next working day, including Saturday.

 

Europe*

At a flat rate of £9.99 per order, we deliver to most European countries.**

Delivery to the following countries within Europe will be made using Royal Mail's Airsure service, receiving priority handling and proof of postage:

Andorra, Azores, Portugal, Austria, Balearic Islands (Spain), Belgium, Canary Islands (Spain), Corsica (France), Faroe Islands (Denmark), Denmark, Madeira (Portugal), Estonia, Monaco (France), Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Irish Republic, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

 

Delivery by the Airsure service is estimated at:

2 working days after posting to Western Europe;

4 working days after posting to Eastern Europe and postal subsidiaries (Islands
and Principalities); 

Where Airsure is not available in Europe we will use Royal Mail's
International Signed For service, which is Airmail plus signature on delivery and
compensation cover.

 

International*

At a flat rate of £24.99 per order, delivery to the following countries outside Europe will be made by Royal Mail's Airsure service:

Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, USA, Singapore, Australia  

 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high cost of shipping, orders to countries outside Europe are restricted to up to 6 meters of fabric per order. Should you wish to purchase more than 6 meters of fabric, please place two or more separate orders.

 

**Please contact us if you would like to arrange delivery to a country not listed above and we will try to accommodate your needs. Regrettably, due to high fraud levels, we are unable to process orders from the following countries: Algeria; Argentina; Belarus; Bulgaria; Indonesia; Lithuania; Macedonia; Nigeria; Philippines; Romania; Russian Federation; Ukraine; Yugoslavia

 

When possible, orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched to you the same day. If all or part of your order is not immediately available, we will contact you to let you know when it will be available, or arrange an alternative. Please note that your card will be debited at the time of ordering.

*Please note that Truro Fabrics cannot be held responsible for import duties incurred at country of destination. This is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please note that regrettably, fabric which has been cut to a particular length for a customer cannot be refunded. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you make use of our Swatch Service before making your purchase. Please read our returns policy.
