Swatch / Sample Service

Our fabric Sample Service provides you with the opportunity to sample the fabrics you are interested in, helping you to make the right choice from thousands of available fabrics.

Choose an unlimited number of fabric swatches at a cost of either £1.20 or £2.40 each (depending upon the value of the fabric), including postage and packaging. *Half the value of this cost will automatically be credited to your account as Swatch Points, and can be used against the cost of your next order. Please note that you have 28 days in which to use this credit against an order.

Delivery of swatches outside Europe will incur a delivery charge of £3.99 and will be sent by Airmail.

All swatches will be sent the same day, by Royal Mail 1^st Class post, if ordered by 3pm. In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide one or more of your sample choices, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Each swatch is cut from the roll, and measures approximately 10cm x 5cm. Samples will be clearly labelled with the corresponding fabric reference and colour.

The Swatch Service is intended to help you choose the perfect fabric for your needs, and therefore samples are non-refundable. They are yours to keep unless you would like to return them to be re-used.

Unfortunately, we are unable to include every fabric in the swatch service. If you cannot see the option to add a swatch to your basket, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
