Our fabric Swatch Service provides you with the opportunity to sample the fabrics you are interested in, helping you to make the right choice from thousands of available fabrics.

Choose up to fifteen fabric swatches per order at a cost of either £1.20 or £2.40 each (depending upon the value of the fabric), including postage and packaging. *Half the value of this cost will automatically be credited to your account as Swatch Points, and can be used against the cost of your next order. Each point has an equivalent value of £0.01. Please note that you have 28 days in which to use this credit against an order.

All UK swatch orders will be sent the same day where possible, by Royal Mail 1^st Class post, if ordered by 12.00pm. In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide one or more of your sample choices, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Swatch orders to European countries are sent by Royal Mail's Airmail service.

Each swatch is cut from the roll, and measures approximately 10cm x 5cm. Samples will be clearly labelled with the corresponding fabric reference and colour.

The Swatch Service is intended to help you choose the perfect fabric for your needs, and therefore samples are non-refundable. They are yours to keep unless you would like to return them to be re-used.

Unfortunately, we are unable to include every fabric in the swatch service. If you cannot see the option to add a swatch to your basket, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Charges and Options

If you select 'First Class', orders within the UK will be delivered within 2-5 working days. If you select the 'Next Working Day Signed For' service your UK order will be delivered within 2 days However, if a fabric is unavailable, or needs to ordered in especially, we will contact you with an estimated delivery timescale if it is likely to be more.

Please note that swatch orders within the UK and Europe are posted free of charge.

UK Postal Options*

Orders up to £9.99 £2.50 per order; Delivery within the UK will be made using Royal Mail First Class post with proof of postage.

Orders £10.00 and over £5.99 per order. Delivery within the UK will be made using Royal Mail First Class post with proof of postage.

At a flat rate of £8.99 per order, delivery within the UK will be made using Royal Mail Special Delivery service or overnight courier. This guarantees delivery the working day following dispatch, and requires a signature.

Please note that this service only guarantees next working day delivery from the day the order has been dispatched - not from the order date.
If products are in stock we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. If you have a particular need for delivery on a certain day, please contact us and we will arrange for this if at all possible.

UK delivery includes the Chanel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Europe*

At a flat rate of £9.99 per order, we deliver to most European countries.**

We deliver to most European countries,** using Royal Mail's International Signed For service, which is Airmail plus signature on delivery and compensation cover.

Regrettably, due to high fraud levels, we are unable to process orders from the following countries: Belarus; Bulgaria; Lithuania; Macedonia; Romania; Russian Federation; Ukraine

When possible, international orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. If all or part of your order is not immediately available, we will contact you to let you know when it will be available, or arrange an alternative. Please note that your card will be debited at the time of ordering.

*Please note that Truro Fabrics cannot be held responsible for import duties incurred at country of destination. This is the responsibility of the purchaser.

We currently do not deliver to destinations outside Europe but hope to be offering this service soon.

Please note that regrettably, fabric which has been cut to a particular length for a customer cannot be refunded. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you make use of our Swatch Service before making your purchase. Please read our returns policy.
