The majority of orders will be fulfilled the same day, from our extensive stock. Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. However, if a fabric is unavailable, or needs to ordered in especially, we will contact you with an estimated delivery timescale.
Delivery within the UK is FREE of charge on orders worth over £400.
Shipping charges are calculated at the basket, based upon the value and weight of the goods, as well as the destination. Delivery of Swatches in Europe is, as standard, free of charge by Royal Mail Airmail. Alternatively, for added peace of mind you can select delivery by International Signed For service which provides compensation and requires a signature. This service costs £9.95.
Delivery for larger packages into Europe is made by UPS Courier service and will require a signature.
International
Delivery of Swatches beyond Europe is by International Signed For service which provides compensation and requires a signature. This service costs £9.95.

Due to high fraud levels and accessability limitations, we are unable to accept orders from every country. **Please contact us if you would like to arrange delivery to a country not listed and we will try to accommodate your needs.
When possible, orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched to you the same day. If all or part of your order is not immediately available, we will contact you to let you know when it will be available, or arrange an alternative. Please note that your card will be debited at the time of ordering.
