  • Any additional parts or repairs will be communicated before work begins, ensuring transparency.
What to Bring

  • A compatible bobbin and needle for testing.
  • Original packaging if available (recommended to prevent damage during handling and transport).
Why Regular Servicing Matters

Just like a car, sewing machines and overlockers perform best with regular maintenance. Manufacturers often recommend annual servicing for machines used daily. Proactive care prevents costly issues, reduces wear, and prolongs the life of your machine.

Regular servicing ensures your machine continues to run smoothly, produces high-quality stitches, and helps you avoid unexpected breakdowns.

Drop off your machine at our shop, and we’ll handle the rest. Whether for a quick tune-up or significant repair, your equipment is in expert hands.

Safety Notes
  • Ensure your machine is clean of loose threads and fabric before dropping it off.
  • Always include any accessories needed for testing (foot pedal, bobbin, etc.) to ensure the technician can fully assess functionality.
  • We strongly advise keeping original packaging for returns to protect the machine during transport.
