Free Delivery on Orders Over £50

We’re pleased to offer free 48-hour tracked delivery on all orders over £50. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.

Orders under £50 will incur our standard delivery charge. Our 48-hour tracked service lets you follow your parcel’s journey from dispatch to delivery for complete peace of mind.

Dispatch & Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Weekend orders begin processing on Monday.

Delivery times are counted from the dispatch date, not the order date.

Shipping charges depend on weight, value, and destination. Enter your postcode at checkout for an accurate cost.

We deliver only within the UK. Due to current regulations, we cannot ship overseas.

Delivery Options

Collect in Store – Free: Wait for your email notification before collecting. Cut fabric cannot be returned, so we recommend ordering a swatch first.

Royal Mail 1st Class: Standard service, no tracking or signature. Aims for next-day delivery including Saturdays.

Royal Mail Tracked 48: Fully trackable, no signature required. Delivered within 2 business days after dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 24: Fully trackable, no signature required. Delivered within 1 business day after dispatch.

Tracked & Signed Parcel Service: Suitable for larger orders. Priority service with tracking and signature on delivery.

Note: Delivery times are from the date of dispatch.

Returns

Fabrics: Cut fabric cannot be returned or exchanged. Please use our swatch service before purchasing to ensure your selection is correct.

Sewing Patterns: Non-returnable unless faulty. Report issues within 28 days for a refund.

Haberdashery & Sewing Tools: Return within 14 days if unused, in original packaging, and with tags. Kits cannot be returned once started unless faulty. Threads and sewing patterns are non-returnable.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Every order is carefully checked before dispatch. Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.

Do not accept parcels with damaged exterior packaging—inform the courier and us immediately.

Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 28 days of receipt. Once fabric is cut or used, it cannot be returned unless proven faulty on arrival.

Swatches are for guidance only and cannot be refunded. Sizes are approximate.
