Cotton Twill Fabric - National Cornish Tartan 9cm

A traditional woven, yarn dyed Cornish National tartan in a beautifully soft pure cotton twill. This lightweight fabric is perfect for shirts and blouses, dresses, skirts and many crafts and interiors projects.

This tartan has a 9cm repeat.

Cornish National Tartan was the first Cornish tartan. Each colour symbolises an aspect of the county's heritage. Black and gold were the colours of the Kings of Cornwall, the red is for the beak and legs of the Cornish Chough. At the centre of the tartan design is the St Piran's flag, surrounded by the blue representing the Atlantic.
