These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the Truro Fabrics website (trurofabrics.co.uk) and in our Truro store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Our Contract with You
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation.

2. Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Fabric Cuts
All fabric is cut to order and is non-returnable once cut. We strongly recommend ordering a swatch sample before purchasing fabric by the metre. Our minimum cut is 20cm for dressmaking fabrics and 50cm for home furnishing fabrics.

4. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on most non-fabric items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Cut fabric, made to measure items, and personalised goods cannot be returned. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Truro Fabrics and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
